PH 22 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph 22 ("ph 22," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph 22 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at https://ph-22.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by ph 22, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph 22 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ph 22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph 22 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ph 22 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.

ph 22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ph 22. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph 22 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph 22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify ph 22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

3.3 Account Verification

ph 22 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph 22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph 22 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

ph 22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph 22 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours.

ph 22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ph 22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ph 22 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph 22 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• ph 22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account termination.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph 22 are provided by certified third-party game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. ph 22 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Each game on the ph 22 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. ph 22 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, ph 22 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph 22 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to ph 22 immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph 22 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph 22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of ph 22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph 22 Platform without prior written consent from ph 22.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph 22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ph 22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph 22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph 22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Privacy

ph 22 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ph-22.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph 22 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph 22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings after ph 22 login.

12. Termination

ph 22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at ph 22's sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

You may close your ph 22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

ph 22 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14. Amendments

ph 22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

For material changes, ph 22 will endeavor to provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
